Upon arriving, check-in was overshadowed by a noisy party right outside our room, affecting our relaxation. The breakfast buffet had many options, but not much appealed to us, and the restriction on taking food away felt unnecessary. Navigating to the beach was misleading, with the area surrounding the resort being dirty and overcrowded. While the beds were comfortable and the resort had friendly house cats, overall service felt lacking, leaving us feeling isolated.

The facilities need serious maintenance!!! Old tiles in the kids' swimming area coming off, worn flooring around the pool, and our room had a loose faucet and a TV with no channels.

Staff always nice and courteous.
Location - marvellous close enough to the fantastic Palm Square next door and lots of shops and massages, the restaurants or bars and the amazing Kata beach. A coffee table, a safe box, and a lounge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Quick check-in and exceptional customer service.

Loved the multiple pools, especially the kids' area with toys and a slide. We also enjoyed evenings indulging in great food. Just a short walk to the beach! A perfect mix of fun and relaxation.
We faced a little letdown as one friend ended up on a rollaway instead of with us in the pool access room we booked.

Nice staff team in the service of the staff, everything was great. Truly enjoyed our room that was kept really clean and available with amazing kids and comfortable king size beds, for example. The location was marvellous and fab and we were very close to eateries and bars. There was a great restaurant, stores and convenience stores next door...

The kids had a blast at the shallow end of the pool and there were plenty of sun loungers to chill on. The kids pool could use a little sprucing up, but it didn't spoil our great time 🌴
